All services carried out by DESC Computers is payable at the time of service by either cash, cheque or direct deposit.

Call out Fee :- Includes basic maintenance, Spyware/Virus removal & Hardware Installation $75.00 for the first hour followed by $50.00 per hour thereafter. For commercial rates, please contact DESC Computers.

Clean & Re-install Operating System :- In House Only. $150.00 to clean and reinstall operating systems including maintenance programs. Extra service includes back up of Data/Images $50.00 (please note all previous programs installed will NOT be on the system after return unless supplied by the system owner – an extra fee may be charged for this installation)

Home Network Setup :- $80.00, this includes 1 hour of network setup and call out fee waived. Further works are at our standard hourly rate of $50.00 per hour for every hour thereafter or part thereof – charged in half hour blocks.

ESET Anti Virus / ESET Security Suite : - Price on application. Please see ESET page for pricing. This is dependent on the product required and payment is due up front. Renewal codes for any further subscriptions or annual renewals will only be supplied after full payment has been received.

Phone services :- Available ring 1300 656 606 As we understand that some problems may be resolved over the phone, we offer our clientele a 10 minute free phone consultation. After this our phone consultation rate is calculated at $10.00 per 10 minutes. For existing customers this will be added to your account. All others please go to our payment option to forward payment within 48 hours.

Trading Hours & After Hours Works :- Strictly 9.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday. All requested works after these hours will be viewed or acted upon at the start of the next trading day unless otherwise agreed at which our hourly rate will be charged at $80.00 per hour. After hour and weekend work is STRICTLY by appointment

Payment Methods available :- All Cheque payments are subject to bank clearance. System and Components are payable on order. Direct Deposit is our preferred option. Our bank account details are at the bottom of our invoice or below.
